iTunes vs Spotify...or others

I've been using iTunes Apple Music for over a year now. I like being able to download whatever I want for a monthly price but have noticed some thing lately that are starting to annoy me. Specifically,
1.albums disappearing from their library
2. Downloading an album and it appearing twice in my library with random songs split up onto each.
3. Certain albums having the tracks repeated 3 or 4 times. I've deleted and re-downloaded but didn't fix. For example my Waylon Jennings- Dreaming my Dreams album has each tracked listed anywhere from 2-4 times. Very annoying as I can't just play the entire album straight thru.
Enough rambling, my main question is how does Spotfiy compare to Apple Music? Has anyone here used both? What did you like/ not like? Other services I should consider?
BTW I don't stream music if that makes a difference. It's nearly all download and play offline.

There are lots of threads on this topic if you want more info. I’ll say that I love Spotify. It’s very easy to use, works great with Amazon echo devices, and I like their algorithms for suggesting new music (discover weekly playlist) and automatically putting together playlists of bands I like of similar genres (daily mixes). There should be a free trial so give it a shot and see if you like it.
You can download anything on Spotify - songs, albums, playlists, but you can only play it on the Spotify app.

Apple Music is best only if you have other Apple devices. I have a Homepod, Apple TV, and an Apple Watch. And Apple Music syncs perfectly with all of them.
However, if you don't have Apple devices use Spotify.

I currently have both. They both have limitations but the best libraries. As another poster said, Apple Music is unsurprisingly best for people with Apple products. For example, Apple Watch only lets you stream Apple Music, whereas Spotify just has an app that controls your phone
I don’t live Spotify’s suggestions. But I’d say I like their interface more. I’ve had issues with downloads disappearing but nothing like you describe. I’d give Spotify a shot

I get Tidal free with my sprint cell phone service and I really like it.
YouTube music is also really good since it has a standard library (a la Spotify) and you can search and integrate obscure shite on YouTube that isn't going to be found on Spotify, Apple Music, etc.
