I tunes help needed

Hope someone can steer me in the right direction. My wife has recently been in a wreck and she is currently unable to do some simple things and will be out of work for several months. I am trying to look into some small debits that are coming out of one of our checking accounts. When I call the number associated with the debit, it tells me to go online to itunes.com/bill. I get nowhere with this. I would like to speak to a live person(sorry I'm old skool) to help resolve this. I had spoke to the lady about a week ago(don't have the same number I called I guess) and she said she could walk me through it if I had my wife's phone. I didn't then, but I do now. I am able to get in my wife's phone, but don't know her Apple ID or any other info that would be helpful here. Suggestions? TIA
