IMO, he's greatly underrated. Dude has been consistently good since the beginning. His story telling songs are always hot. He tells stories of your average person in his songs. Sometimes he raps about the high life, some the low life, and some about the average American living pay check to pay check. On top of that, no one raps over better samples than Cam'ron. Plus all his skits are hilarious. If you don't believe me, go to livemixtapes and give Ghetto Heaven a listen.

I'm not sure he's underrated at all. Big music fans all know he's a great one. Maybe you mean in that he hasn't had the same commercial success less talented rappers have had?
