How often do you have a strong emotional reaction to music?

My GF can actually be moved to tears by a particular piece of music.

Deftones and early REM. For whatever reason it always keys in on where I'm at.

A great voice warrants a strong emotion.

Emotional reactions are what makes art, art. Any good piece of music to me must evoke some emotional response.

Rock, I recall you getting a little worked up over The Cold a few times....possibly a DAC song or two also released a tear.

GD Ripple affects me. No tears but a movement deep in my soul. Marvin Gaye What's Going On? is another. I could compile a rather lengthy list in minutes.

...too much coffee. I have witnessed quite the emotional response by some to Sublime's Smoke Two Joints.

Happens all the time. The best songs are the ones that evoke some emotion IMO. I was listening to whipping post earlier and there is so much soul in that song, you have to feel that.
