Obviously he died way too young. I think he was an awesome talent. His mix is my go to for relaxing and cooking.

I listened to his stuff when the revival started about 25 yrs ago and found it pretty boring.
"Pink Moon" is OK

Love his music and wish there was more of it.

Brilliant stuff. Sad soul. Definitely reminds me of the guy in Animal House playing the guitar at the frat party.
But seriously Nick Drake was an incredibly creative songwriter.

He’s incredible when you really sit down and listen. Hazy Jane is an absolutely brilliant song.
From the morning
Cello song
Hazy Jane
Of course pink moon
Place to be
Honestly I have a lot of it on vinyl and when we go to the mountains and the day is winding down there’s nothing better than these on the record player and some red wine. His story is extremely sad, very troubled person. Went in and out like a flash in the pan but left us with some great stuff. He’s what I would put next to “hauntingly beautiful” if I had to assign music to.
I really love his art
