This link is a pic inside my guitar. It is of the block. Appears to be a crack. It does not open when moved or any pressure applied to neck. Very light pressure.

If it's solidly glued, the crack is not opening or closing under string tension or its absence, I would not be concerned. For what it's worth, scraps and cut-offs are often re-purposed for internal structural components - if you're just noticing it now, it may have actually been cracked like that since day one.
