My GD rankings:
1. Dookie
2. Insomniac
3. Kerplunk
4. Uno!
5. American Idiot
6. Warning
7. Nimrod
8. 1039 Smooth
9. 21st Century Breakdown
1-3 interchanges with me depending on what I'm listening to. All three are great great punk pop albums. Uno comes very close to that which is amazing since Kerplunk-Dookie-Insomniac was 92'-94'-95'.

I loved American Idiot, but 21st Century Breakdown is probably my least favorite. I'll be checking all three if these out because it died look like they got back to the roots. Music without an agenda
