What’s y’alls thoughts, I just drove around listening to Lift You Skinny Fist and it’s a fantastic album imo.

Favorite post rock is Mogwai but listened to GY!BE a lot too when I was younger. Loved the black helicopter, anti government, end times feel.

Saw them at The Hangar in NOLA many moons ago. Great show, kinda blew me away.

They are all right. SOme of their stuff is fantastic, some of it is just too slow and dark for me.
I like Tortoise, Slint, explosions in the sky, and god is an astronaut better than Godspeed you black emperor.
