well i have seen them twice at hangout fest and it would be great to see them in an indoor venue for once.

They might have 2 or 3 different sets that they rotate.
Memphis, Clarksdale, Oxford, Jackson, Hattiesburg, Biloxi, Baton Rouge and finally New Orleans.
The logistics of that is going to be impressive.

I know they're touring to cement a name and reputation, but I'd like to see them get some studio time in and release a full length album. They have to have a lot of new material from being out on the road.

ok my husband thinks that Flaming Lips are probably just gonna sit in with whichever band is already playing in that given city. So Grace Potter already had a show booked for that date and they will probably just come in and take over for an hour and a half then jump on their bus and haul arse to the next city. That would fix the issue of set up/break down time.
