Fear Factory - Resurrection Video (1998)

Agree. That song was one in a million during the time it came out. It was NOT a ballad and it rocked the shite out of ya, but it had that emotional and feel-good melodious greatness. Burton's vocal-style and range mixed with the brashness of the other 3 members (especially Herrera on drums) was just kick arse. Kick arse.
I loved Fear Factory from '93 to '04. When Dino left, I was not all that interested anymore. Something just was not there.
*Meanwhile, FWIW, I once met Rhys Fulber (played keyboard for FF on some albums)and a couple of the guys from a Canadian band called Econoline Crush and had some drinks with them at Howling Wolf in NOLA. Rhys was only playing a handful of dates with them (Econoline) while they were on tour. Interesting guys.

Archetype is a really good album, maybe their second or third best. The post Dino lineup was solid. Mechanize, with Byron Stroud and Gene Hoglan is also really good. I saw them a few years ago with Burt, Dino, and the two new guys and they still sounded good though I don't care about any new music with this lineup.
