Or, if this guy will come way down on his 7070 (like $200), I may snag the 7070, scrap the FX10 and Phono Box, and go with the Omens.

The above list looks good. The FX10 at 10 watts will be enough to run the Omens as they are 100db efficient. It will NOT be enough to drive the Focal speakers as they require a little more power to get up and going.

I will do a little more research for you tonight on phono stages under $100. I don't know them off hand as I play in the higher rungs nowadays.
A good phono stage/amp/preamp/section (all the same thing) will make a huge difference in sound quality.
It may be out of your price range now, but when you upgrade down the road, the Lehmann Black Cube phono amp is one of the quietest and most accurate stages in its price range ($499). It has settings for MM (moving magnet) and MC (moving coil) cartridges.
Check out Bellini phono stages...they may fit your budget.
FWIW...MM cartridges are usually less expensive and have a higher output level while MC cartridges are more expensive and have lower output levels (requiring more amplification from a phono stage/amp).
The better ones usually have more adjustments for gain and loading (ohms).

NAD makes some good gear as well. The 326 circuit design has been in use for years and is tried, true, and tested.
10 watts is really not much power. if you speakers have a high efficiency (like horns or single driver full range @ 97--102db), then it will work. However, most speakers are in the 88-91db efficiency range, thus requiring at least 35-50 watts to get them sounding decent. you don't want the amplifier clipping as it tries to keep up with the demand your speaker asks it to produce.

The FX10 will work with the Focal, you just wont get much volume out of it before it runs out of gas.
What about other Jolida amps? Have you searched AudioGon?
Check out Creek and Music Hall integrated amps as well.
I will do some research on integrated amps tonight and let you know what I find.

I need to make a decision with all of this. So many options it's easy to keep flipping around. I'm either going to go with the NAD 326 + phono box, or the Marantz 6004 without the phono box. The allure of the 6004 is that it's $100 less than the NAD, and it's got a MM phono preamp so I don't have to buy the extra box.
I posted on AudioGon and searched. They say more or less the same things you do with less detail. The FX10 isn't going to get loud enough for me. Hard for a lifelong guitarist to get away from tubes though. I need to buy you a case of beer and drop it off at the HQ of the Audophile Society of NOLA haha. Can't thank you enough for all your help man.

The NAD will have a way better resale value than the Marantz if you ever decide that you want to go the upgrade path and get a tube integrated down the road. The NAD is more desirable to the general audiophile.

Of yor listed choices, I would do the NAD, phono box, and Focal v705/6.
They are easy to move on AudioGon if you get mo' $$ and want to sell for an upgrade.

Ordered everything last night. After a bunch of reading the consensus was that the Music Hall 15.3 was a better amp than both, so I went with the 15.3, Focal 706v, Debut Carbon, isolation disks, and audio quest cables. Stoked.

Good to hear. You should read up on Roy Hall (Music Hall)--his replies to the reviewers in the audio mags are hilarious.
