Doctor salutes Robin Gibb's 'incredible' recovery

"The prognosis was very grave, given that Robin had brain swelling from liver failure, a severe pneumonia and a weakened immune system from malnutrition," the doctor said in a statement.

Gibb is now fully conscious, lucid and able to speak to loved ones gathered by his hospital bed in west London.

Finally, some positive news from the medical community concerning musicians. His struggle has had me listening to more of the Brothers lately.
I'm not sure how many people ever heard this one, but it reminds me that they always had an ear for a good melody, and that their voices had maintained very well.
