Style over substance appears to prevail consistently for the past 30 years, guess we have Madonna to thank for that considering Cyndi Lauper was a much better talent yet couldn't maintain the skankiness of Madge which she projected in her MID-30s nonetheless. Britney and Katy Perry carry that mantle now, though Katy is 10x more talented than Britney and much more attractive with a sultry slutty edge to match.

Lets face it. Teen-pop idols weren't built around sexuality when Debbie Gibson and Tiffany were big. They were pretty. They were cute. They were not sexy/sexual.

This is worldwide hit is arguably her most recognizable song and it's not teen pop. So Britney matured into an adult pop star, unlike Debbie Gibson.

Britney has had a residency show in vegas for seveal years now that stays packed. She did a couple of concerts in asia a few months ago that i am pretty sure sold out. Brit is still a big draw. Trust me. Plus she's back in prebaby form.

I've never seen that third video, wasnt expecting her to do that. I knew she played piano but she has always downplayed her ability.

The clip doesn't show that she's a great talent at all, but given that the clips are clear evidence that she's written music, it shows that the all great Beyonce Knowles is a less talented songwriter than the talentless Britney Spears.
That is hilarious and embarassing.
