Convert Youtube file to .mp3 or .mp4

Is there a easy way to convert (download) Youtube files to my computer and convert to a mpg file? There are a few audio clips there that are not available anywhere that I would like to have.
I am using a Mac.

OK. So I tried it and it converts the entire file. I am trying to select a section out of a live concert. That converter will only let me do files no longer than 20 mins total.
The songs are less than 20 mins but the entire concert is obviously longer.
Any other thoughts?

You may have to download the YouTube video (I use KeepVid) to your Mac, dump it into Quicktime, and edit it manually. I've done that before and it's a bit clunky, but I can't think of another way...
