Is this the most famous band that no one knows the members outside of Chris Martin?

Radiohead.
I only know Thom Yorke but the rest are great musicians.

Not entirely related to the band's names but the drummer had a funny quote, something to the tune of he is the best drummer who doesn't actually play drums. Poking fun at how they do some poppy techno sounding stuff these days.

I've sometimes thought that the lead guitarist for The Ventures may have been the "most famous unknown" musician ever
This board is apparently the only one on TD where a thread called "Coldplay" would not be anchored. The only admin action I've ever seen here was when my Etc Etc Etc thread, into which I put so much passionate effort, was anchored by [redacted] for "insufficiently descriptive thread title".
And of course KevinGates is allowed to run berserk like the Clantons on a Saturday night in Tombstone.
