Checking off Bucket List concert

Super excited to be checking off Red Rocks from the bucket list. Am fortunate enough to have won tickets to see Dead and Co on October 20th. Will be making the trip solo and can’t friggin’ wait. I went ahead and got a shuttle to/from a bar next to my hotel. Anyone have any advice for first show there? Not gonna really sightsee as I fly in morning of concert and leave the next morning, will be gone just at 24 hours. But what a 24 hours it’s gonna be.

Drink plenty of water, don't drink too much alcohol.
Be prepared to climb plenty of stairs.

yes, altitude.
guzzle water like a maniac and get good and stoned.
its going to be packed for those shows. get there early and soak it in, and get a good spot.
the north lot should have a decent shakedown scene

The steps are yugggeeeee. It is a beautiful place. Best venue in the US.

Awesome! My bucket list is the Beatles, Jimi Hendrix and Lynryd Skynrd . Guess I'll be somewhere else.
