Just put out a pretty great album. Climbing up my album of the year charts. Upbeat on the front. Great depth on the back. Fans of American Aquarium, Shakey Graves, Tyler Childers should enjoy.

Big fan of Tyler Childers, AA, and Lucero. For whatever reason, I’m not feeling this cat’s music. His sound seems more alternative/pop to me. Granted, I only listened to a few songs. Thanks for the suggestion though, man!

Good feedback. I will say I thought it was really poppy at first. But after a few listens, it really got to me. I think his pitch turns one off at first bc he does hit some higher than typical octaves but I like it. Last few songs on album made the difference for me.
