I'm not so sure they broke up. They lost their great lead guitarist just before the Covid period, so maybe they used the time to find another player, and they're planning another run. Who knows? I hope so - they were rocking it, but Smithers was a HUGE part of their draw. Agree - McCready is the real deal - I would think many bands would love to have him front them.

had been following them for a year and a half and was looking forward to their upcoming disc right before the split. Travis is real deal...smithers was good but i'm not sure he was significant enough to tank the band with his departure.

Definitely was digging them before they broke up. I was planning on attending their annual crawfish boil in Natchez.

We played a gig with them back in October and they sounded great live. Sad to hear they broke up.
