re: Big K.R.I.T.: why is this guy so underrated?

Another example of a great rapper that outside of Hip-Hop heads no one really listens to. People talk like the rap game is dead. Maybe mainstream level artists have gone in the shitter but the underground and lesser known dudes still put out killer mixtapes and albums.

I will say that hopefully things are changing a bit with the rise of Kendrick Lamar and A$AP but fricking 2Chainz still exists so I ain't really sure.
