Best programs or sites for downloading music

I've been out of the music downloading game for nearly 4 years and I'm sure the torrent program I had is outdated now, so I figured I'd see what's the best out there these days.
Best for torrents?
Demonoid? I've had an account for years but never used it much. Is it still around, and how is it these days?
