Great solo. Last song Duane recorded with the band.
But, I'd have to go with Duane's solo on 'Liz Reed from the Fillmore Concerts Deluxe Edition (13 minute version.
Too many incredible Duane solos to really choose from though.

Voodoo Chile - Jimi Hendrix
That is some SERIOUS studio jam right there.

Lindsey Buckingham kills it on Fleetwood Mac - I'm So Afraid.
Totally underrated as I see it.
I will also put these in there :
Johnny Winter - Jumping Jack Flash (the whole thing )
In Need - Grand Funk Railroad ( 6:30 mark)
And the awesome thing about the BOC solo is that it stays within the context of the melody. Very well done. Reminiscent of some of David Gilmore's work.

As a guitar player myself I have many solos that I love. Here's a few:
Steely Dan - Kid Charlamagne- Larry Carlton who is a badass guitarist
The Cars - Just What I Needed- Elliot Easton
SRV - Everything really but especially on Life Without You from Soul to Soul
Jerry Reed - Navy Blues
