I'm trying to save money on tickets by going to the Smoothie King Center Box Office and buying the tickets in person. Does that work or am I destined to pay the fees?

might be slightly lower but you won't save much

It's a good idea. Will save a good chunk

I'm planning on buying quite a few tix for a group. Probably shouldve mentioned that

From experience or just an assumption? Gotta ask because this is TD

You will definitely save money for sure. Less convenience fees and if you are buying a bunch of tickets, it will add up fast. The few times I have bought at the box office, it was a pretty significant price difference.

It is also cheaper in you pay cash. I have gone to Smoothie king box center for Jazz Fest tickets before. You might save 5 or 10 bucks per ticket

I’ve found that living in a city where most venues don’t use Ticketmaster to be an effective way to avoid their ridiculous fees.

I just bought 4 $35 tix for $144 at the venue instead of $180 online.
