I forget just how good this record is!!
It is great from beginning to end...and for a 5'2" brotha, he can shred a guitar

Now spinning: outstanding pressing of this live double LP from Mad Season, the "supergroup" which featured Layne Staley of Alice In Chains on vocals and Mike McCready of Pearl Jam on guitar. If you like the regular album, this live show will knock your socks off...

Never listened to the album but have watched videos from that show.
Thanks for the post--will be keeping an eye out for that record.

On now...
Poco--"Legend"...MCA 1979 pressed by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab on 140g virgin vinyl. This is not a reissue.
For those not familiar with this record, the song "Heart of the Night" is a beautiful tune about New Orleans and Lake Pontchartrain, and it got considerable air play and even hit #20 on the Billboard Hot100 charts and #5 on the Easy Listening charts for 1980.
"Crazy Love" was the second hit from this record.
This is another record that flows from beginning to end--every tune is good.

river_man,
It would be interesting to put my Project Debut with 2M Red side by side with your Project 2M Blue playing the same record going into the same pre amp to hear the differences between the carts...
...maybe the next audio gathering over here if you are up for it--I may have one after Mardi Gras sometime.
I think Richard from Uptown Audio wants to bring some budget priced Sonus Faber speakers over to play around with as well. He carries the line now.

The Radiators first studio album "Heat Generation" released on Croaker Records 1981.

I forgot to tell you, but I also have a Fozgometer. Google it. It is used to nail down azimuth when aligning a cartridge. You plug it into the signal path via RCA connectors and it has a large VU meter on top which tells you + or - for tiny adjustments to the cartridge mounting position.
You are welcomed to use it if you want. Since it is one of those instruments that you only use once on the initial set up, I forgot that I had it buried in the CD closet.

How bout some good ole dirty rock 'n roll?
Love this record, the Stones had a killer 4 album run with Beggars Banquet, Let It Bleed, Sticky Fingers, and this one.
