Noticed there are two shows at the same time on their schedule.

Yes. East and West touring crews.

Yep. When we went around Christmas several years back, there was a Northern and Southern tour going on at the same time. Tommy Shaw from Styx was touring with the southern one, and came out after the Christmas set and they blasted out some old Styx songs.
