anyone know a reputable guitar repair shop in louisiana that could change out

Gold hardware to silver, and could also transfer emg pickups into a Gibson Les Paul custom?
If anyone knows or works at a place that will put care into their craft, a quote would be very much appreciated.

Most of that hardware can be changed out pretty easily with just a few screwdrivers and a socket. Without looking, I believe the tuners are held in with a thin hex nut and a few set screws on the back. If you cover the Phillips head with a piece of masking tape you can keep from marring the new screws.
The hardest part will be wiring up the pickups and if you want to have a battery compartment that can be accessed without removing the back plate that will have to be cut out of the plate.

Keep in mind a passive to EMG (active) conversion will also require different-value pots (from 500K to 25K) and because it's a LP Custom with a thick arched top, at least two will likely need to be "long shaft" 25Ks. You will likely need a new output jack if the factory jack is not a three-prong unit. The third prong is the preamp circuit's on/off.
If you buy your EMGs new, they typically come with the battery jack, output jack and proper short-shaft pots. If your pickups are used, don't worry, the active pots and jack are affordable and readily available. Long-shaft pots cost more but not it's not unreasonable.
The three-way switch is recyclable in the active circuit.
You will not need a battery compartment added - the stock LPC cavity has enough room to store the 9V wrapped in foam with a rubberband. The packing foam new EMGs are shipped in is perfect for this task.
Hardware changes are easy and quick but you will want the new bridge intonated with a nice strobe tuner for ideal results. You can approximate intonation by eye using the old bridge but you will end up with exactly that - an approximation.

I would say "Tim!" as a knee-jerk reply, but for a job like this...Tim himself would probably refer you out...he's been back-logged for like, 20 years.
I needed Tim to do major work like replacing the headstock on my SG when I tripped over the chord and pulled it down off the stand on a concrete garage floor. Tommy fricking laughed at me when I told him what happened. fricker fixed it, though. I still have it.
Looks like Jeff knows what he's doing.
There's also a guy on Gail Dr. off of BBonnett who I've used a few years ago to strip out cheap EMG pickups out of a Jackson and replace them with active Zak Wylde set. 81/85's ? He did a great job, and fast...Eagle Guitar Works. (225) 205-0105
...In case Jeff can't do it, that is.
