Any of you Louisiana folk heard of Trip Wamsley?

Dude is a bass playing virtuouso from lake chuck. Used to play in a college band called snidely whiplash back in the early 90 s.
This cat is an amazing bass player in the mold of Michael manuring or victor Wooten or some such.

Grew up in Lake Chuck so yes.

Does he still do shows around the area? I know he has some stuff online but not sure if he plays much or just does studio session work for artists. Dude has to be pushing 45 now.

No idea. I haven't really been around Lake Chuck since ~2001. Live up north now.
