Played last week.
I don’t have any more gigs scheduled at the moment with my main band right now due to school being nuts, but i’m sure we’ll announce some new shows soon.

Also, I’m trying to help put together a fuzz rock band (think truckfighter) right now, if you know anyone interested in that.
What venues are you typically playing in?

and do duos and solo stuff around here. It's a pretty small core of quality musicians around here that pretty much all play together in some form or fashion. I'm in the process of putting together a real, original project and making a record by this summer. Hit the road about 6 weekends a year with my old band for fun. We've been playing at bars on the Mississippi Coast. Since we're relatively new band with just one set of original material right now, we've had a tough time finding gigs--mainly piggybacking on other bands as the opening act.

524 eh? We played there early February. Very shitehole setup ran by some shady people but they get some incredible bands somehow. Shake the baby till the love comes out played with us and I saw a japanese rock band Salsa a month or 2 ago that was in my top 10 bands I've seen

This. It was also really unorganized. The band was in agreement that we'd rather not go back. This was the second time we'd played there and it was a disorganized shitshow both times. Our set sounded great, though.
I just wish Mid City Ballroom (a beautiful big venue with great sound run by extremely un-shady people) could get the quality of touring acts that 524 gets.
