It fits together nice, and will probably be a good player for a little while. Looking at where some of the joints are made, and the angles, how string tension is gonna be working, this thing is going to fold up like a wallet, after a while.
The headstock part, is worked into the neck, in the middle of the third fret, and it's a pretty severe angle. Then, the holes for the tuners are drilled further out from the nut than I think they should be. Also adding more tension and leverage against the neck joint.

Might be able to drill some holes and drive in some dowels to strengthen the joints?

It's got a truss rod, but I'm not sure it will prevent the problem that I see happening down the road.

Man I don’t know if it has that severe of a bend between the headstock and neck not sure what may be the solution. Dowels may work.

I think you're describing a scarf joint? Like this?

Yep that's it, and I know it is common on a lot of guitars, and usually there's not a problem, unless you drop it hard. The real reason why I am worried on this one, the tuners holes were drilled too far up The headstock, and I think it might cause extra upward pull at the headstock.
The holes were drilled almost an inch too high.
I didn't pay attention to that until I was installing the tuners. I only cut a little off, of the top of the headstock for my design, and I barely had room to install the D and G tuners.
I should have paid more attention before cutting on it, I could have sent it back.

You should be just fine. Try not to drop it. I say that about guitars without scarf joints too.

FYI, a properly cut and glued scarf joint is stronger than the wood around it. Here's a ridiculous example from Carvin in the late 1980s that shows you that you have nothing to worry about.

Appreciate It Man, I do feel better. The head stock is going to look kind of weird though, with the tuners so close to the top.

If you need a semi, to haul that double neck around, give me a yell.
