This is really the best mindset going into any 3.0 show. If you get a rarity or one or two good jams, you've gotten your time's worth out of the show. Every now and then they can still catch lightning in a bottle and produce greatness.

Phish is still better than 95% of live shows

Tweezer opener, play the full dozen, final encore on 13nth night ends with reprise
Since they may go with no repeats, I hope they do something more unique then opening with Tweezer & ending with Tweeprise.

its not like that would limit any other sort of "uniqueness" they theoretically want to do. No repeats would be cool if they pull them off well.

we will find out soon.

Sounds like a miserable jam band to follow especially since tickets are $200 a piece for floor tickets at madison square gardens
Not every band struggles to fill tiny music halls & have to piggy back off a dubstep artist to keep their band touring.

Maybe one day Bisco will actually get to play MSG instead of its basement

I think with their entire catalog, covers (new and old), and their solo material...they could go the Bakers Dozen w/o a repeat.

If it's getting close, they always have the ability to go Type 2 and play a 4 song 2nd set at a show.

I hope so, just not sure if all the reaches for deep cuts at would be played very well. Hopefully so, if they pull it off and do it well it would be pretty damn impressive. And like you said, it probably means more jams than usual to get it all in.

I said it wouldn't limit OTHER uniqueness - and they haven't done it over a 13 show run. It was a joke anyway - just let it phlow brah

If they do pull off this run w/o repeats, the nerds will figure out night 13's setlist easily
