Definitely a guilty pleasure for me considering Jenkins is an ego douche and no one in that band is really stand out good at their instruments (or simply don't need to show it), but their songs have nostalgic value for me. Just hearing his falsetto slowly come in "losing a whole year" gives me chills. Stephan is a fantastic lyric writer, and can really hit emotions with his words and phrasing. Honestly who can't relate to an old gf or relationship when you hear "I remember you and me used to spend the whole god damn day in bed"?

I went super highschool emo last summer and actually went to 4 of their shows (with Augustana and Dashboard lol)with my gf since I had a lot of time off work then, had an absolute blast getting drunk and singing those older songs. Sorry to ramble.
