I just read the first couple pages in the thread. Hating Will Ferral is the cool thing to do now? When did he go from one the top funniest comedy actors to a washed up hack in yalls mind?

McAdams is really really good, Brosnan is awesome, and Dan Stevens (Matthew from Downton Abbey) is outstanding and kind of steals the show imo.
The whole Icelandic council was great too.
Had they tried a little bit straighter approach rather than some of Ferrell’s schtick when it wasn’t really needed this could have been even better honestly.
Will Ferral researched and wrote the movie. It’s one of the reasons I’m such a big fan of his. Say what you want about him trying to hard or being too much himself, but he wrote the movie. He put in the work.
