There really is no "better". They are both excellent panels but are competing base technologies so they each will have pros and cons.

The easy button answer is OLED in a darkened room True RGB in a bright room.

The S95H is arguably the best OLED panel out. It is very bright for a OLED so it works in a lot of bright rooms most OLEDs will struggle in.

The Bravia9 II is GREAT in a bright room. It also has the best upconversion if you watch DVDs or other lower-quality inputs.

S95H is my choice for anything short of a really bright room. I am often reluctant to recommend OLED panels simply because most people use them in rooms where it is hard to see them at their best. The S95H can reach 2700 nits which is OK for brighter rooms but for me balances that with its dark room performance. However, if you don't ever watch movies in low light it might not be the set for you. The Bravia is going to be in the 4000 nits range.

So often it is easy to say go experience them yourself and buy what you like. That is really hard to do in store, especially big box store because the lighting is crap for TV and you never know what the settings are on individual sets. I have seen excellent sets look like crap and mediocre sets look like dragon slayers for the price.

The good thing is you really can't go wrong here, just one set will be better in certain situations and in certain details. The Samsung would be my choice for MY great room of the two but I prefer a ~100" set there and neither has that option. If you have the room you might want to consider a larger set for similar money. The small differences in the SOTA sets start to melt away very quickly when you are looking at a much bigger screen.
