Which Star Trek Doctor Would You Want Working On You?

I was watching a TNG episode where Worf's spinal cord was broken and had to be repaired by a Doctor that Dr. Crusher had relieved for essentially using patients as test subjects for her research. The Doctor was considered brilliant in the Medical community but Dr. Crusher's ethics stepped...That episode essentially made Crusher look like an idiot. Even Picard was questioning her judgement to relief this Doctor and later had to persuade Crusher to allow the experimental procedure to repair Worf...which worked.
This made me think...Who would I want in the Star Trek universe working on me if I was in a serious way that need some creative thinking to heal me..
My candidates are only coming from the prime time line with no Discovery or JJ Trek to muddy this discussion. Also, no guest stars...
1. Dr. Phlox (Enterprise)
2. Leonard McCoy (TOS)
3. Beverly Crusher (TNG)
4. Kate Pulaski (TNG)
5. Julian Bashir (DS9)
6. The Holographic Doctor (Voyager)
The Holgraphic doctor is easily my choice. His experiences in Voyager allow him to do the most "out-of-the-box" procedures.
Bashir Is my Second. Brilliant, again not afraid to take chance to the point of kidnapping and essentially killing a person to obtain a vital cure from a Section 31 operative.
Pulaski would be number 3.
McCoy number 4
Phlox #5
Crusher #6:

McCoy because he delivered one of my favorite Star Trek moments.

Dr. McCoy after using The Teacher from Spock's Brain.
"Of course... of course. A child could do it!"

I thought about that, but the programming faded and Spock had to talk McCoy through the final steps.

That whole hospital run through was great. Whole movie is very quotable.
"My God, man - drilling holes in his head's not the answer."
Edit: To the OP, I'd go with McCoy.

You have to repair the middle meningeal artery.
Dr. McCoy is the only answer.

You include that space-c*nt Pulaski and leave off Culber from Discovery and McCoy from JJ Trek? Are you out of your Vulcan mind?
There's plenty to piss on when it comes to JJ's ST, but his McCoy was top-notch.
1) McCoy (ST:TOS) - Won't let the Prime Directive or anything get in the way of helping his patient.
2) McCoy (ST:JJ) - See above. Possibly more devious than the original. I want that in my corner.
3) The Doctor (ST: V'ger) - Vast knowledge and his very existence depends on his success rate.

I'm going with the genetically engineered doctor (Bashir). But the hologram was based off of bashir's work. So I guess either would do.

Sorry..STD's and JJ Trek are Sci-Fi show's but not Trek Prime.
Pulaski was a series regular. She didn't fit with the chemistry, but she counts.

McCoy, my favorite character, and one of the best characters in the series. Kept from being a total letdown.
DeForest Kelly did a amazing job with it.
Urban did a fun homage while being able to do some of his own with it.
Also y'know he's got the cure for everything Kirk got. Total bro.

Bashir was brilliant. He would be the one you want. Hell, he was genetically altered.
Bedside manner, probably Pholx.
Anti-Bedside manner Pulaski and Holo Doc.

Bashir or the Doctor from Voyager. One is genetically engineered to be a super genius and excel at his position. The other is basically a super computer with more knowledge about medicine than any one human could ever hope to remember.

McCoy... the real one.
You can do a knock down, drag out, fight over the best Captain but the best doctor is always going to be TOS McCoy.
