If you didn't find Jesus buying the last supper from a food truck, singing Creed to his disciples, and then Judas breaking down in an Evanescence power balad funny I don't know what to tell you.

See I agree with all of this.

It's a big joke.

Of course those churches that sing/dance/speak in tongues and get all crazy or have a rock band play during service are also equally as silly

Get on my level, baw. This is the Movie/TV board, I'm watching a like nothing else live TV event and commenting on it.

No different than any other in game episode thread, Prom.

They're just modernizing the story.

I'm not so sure why it's so funny. You and 3 other people are just posting :roltflmao: over and over again won't make everyone on the board agree with you.

We get it. You find it funny/terrible.

No one cares.

I'm watching it. I don't find it good, I don't find it bad. I sure as shite don't find it bad enough to get laughs from people on this board. You've gone a bit overboard.

Glad I'm not alone. And I keep waiting for them to cut back to Tyler Perry and he is dressed as Madia. Who can take him seriously?

I find the tonal shifts absolutely jarring and find lots of humor in that. I also feel the juxtaposition between the solemn processional with the cross and the sideline reporter interviewing people to be pretty funny.

Having the crowd cheer the event is also kind of wild in a way too as we're getting closer to the crucifixion (it's like the crowd is wildly anticipating this moment).

Not the funniest thing I've ever seen, but a significant amount of chortle humor.

Daughtry is the best singer out of all of them until Seal comes on.

When they keep panning back to the audience and there's inevitably someone failing to lip sync the correct lyric or just bawling crying I just shake my head.

I don't think any of it. It's all live.
