He’s saying that he’d be able to find the wife knowing she was married to Werner. I agree. Their names are enough info to find her with some work and maybe trial and error.

If you have the name of husband and wife and know the husband is a successful architect/builder an amateur could figure it out with enough determination.

I think he meant Howard — and I disagree. I think Jimmy and Howard are meant to be opposites.

Jimmy vs Howard
Raised lower middle class vs Privileged
Modest looks vs traditionally handsome
Suzuki Esteem vs Jaguar
Law firm partner from birth vs never gonna happen
Hard worker vs schmoozer
Independent vs Dependent (Jimmy doesn’t need a firm to succeed vs Howard would fail on his own)

Just rewatched the latest episode. I think I figured out what the Saul/Kim end game is, but not how they get there.

One of the old folks at the Cliff/Howard meeting yelled that his son wants his old lawyer back in charge.

Jimmy gets a small % as a finders fee. Are they trying to dismiss Howard and get back in to settle as lead with Cliff?

The % would be way higher. I'm just spitballing, but there's a reason the old guy yelled that out.

1. Old folks fire Howard.
2. Jimmy/Saul/Kim step in replace and settle, which Cliff is ready to do because of his Howard concerns.
3. Way bigger payday for Saul and Kim.

ISZA?

That would be a little anticlimactic in my book. Expecting something more dangerous for all involved.

The Howard situation won't ever require life danger. It's just dirty business. Howard's not going to try and kill them.

I think they're just trying to get him dismissed so they can fill the void and get the bigger payday on the case Jimmy created, which is probably part of his built up hostility toward Howard.

They took his case because they could afford it. Saul and Kim are taking it back in the 9th inning.

We might get to see Matlock Jimmy one more time. There's never enough of Matlock Jimmy.

Howard would go berserk. Take "his" payday away, and watch his true colors come out.

For those accusing me of stealing others ideas. Go find that on the entire internet.

I do bring stuff from other people on occasion, but when I do I always start the post with "Not my Find".

Francesca

Remember the comment he made about her in his debut BB episode?

He tried going home with her before saying that. If Kim is still romantically in his life, I wonder if he would still be saying shite like that to himself out loud.

So would he say that if Kim was still in the picture? Francesca knows Kim.

Saul is an act and Kim's the director.

From his car, to his "house", to how he behaves.

His mansion contained 2 sure signs of Kim and probably a 3rd sign. Gene's had one major sign of Kim.

She'll be influencing him the whole way through.

Also, J+K=S doesn't require them to be romantically involved, but I do think they still are.

J+K=S is a business situation. They could completely break up and agree to still do business.

I don't think they break up, I'm just saying focus more on the business than the romance.

Saul's not alone. He doesn't have it in him.

so i think its more that they are trying to justify their con on howard with somewhat misplaced hate. bc they had tried to only 'use their powers for good', but that is slowly getting corrupted.

If there was not a big pot of gold at the end, they would not be screwing Howard. They are rationalizing their actions to make themselves feel better.

Neither Jimmy nor Kim have a reason to justify ruining Howard. They are not good people.

Assuming you meant Howard, I agree. HE is a better person than Jimmy and probably Kim.
