Yea, he was majorly triggered. If he was in his right mind, he'd have offered $100 or so to the guy for the figures knowing that they'd probably be worth much more than that.
Now he has to pay Mike a commission that will probably be much more than that. But that seems classic Slippin Jimmy thought process.

As good as Odenkirk is, I’m finding myself wanting more of Gus, Nacho, Mike, the twins, the cartel. When they cut back to Jimmy, I can feel my HR going back down

It was the basement of the vacuum repair shop. Walt and Saul we're both down there. Walt kept trying to control the situation. Finally, Jimmy completely turned Saul off and got sincere. He told Walt it was over.
If you go back and watch it you will see it's Jimmy. Saul is a persona he can turn on and off depending on the situation.

Pretty sure that was the guy who would check the weights of all the batches when Walt and Jesse were cooking for Gus in the laundromat

His name is Tyrus. He was in BB. Walt called the cops for a suspicious car when he was watching Hank.

Looked like Victor (the one that gets his throat slit with the box cutter) playing lookout to me.
The other was the doctor that took care of Gus + Mike after the Don Illadio assassination.

Victor has been shown following people as well. But I don’t think they actually showed any of them at the hospital. Tyrus was just the one who was explaining to Gus about hectors situation in the hospital. And yes, both tyrus and victor were at the package scene
ETA: Tyrus did ask Gus if he wanted him to back to the hospital, so it’s him
