The YouTube algorithm has been hitting me with Orville videos

Damn, the writing on that show was (and hopefully is) so damned good.

Unlike many current media that is preachy as frick and hammering one side of any particular message, it handles issues with a deft touch with surprising tolerance for all "sides" of the matters being addressed (for example, the multi-season Topa storyline).

Here's hoping there's a Season 4 (McFarlane says it's been written, but whether it's ever filmed is another issue [supposedly Adrianne Palicki (Kelly Grayson) has indicated she wasn't coming back])
