The animation is awesome and all the Nintendo/Mario Easter eggs sprinkled all over the movie are great. The story itself for the movie is so so and as funny as it was to hear Bowser sing his love for Peach it was kind of lame to make him wanting to marry her his main motivation but at least it wasn't the insanity of the 90s SMB movie.
Would for sure see another though and it was far better than I expected overall

My five year old is obsessed with this movie. He wants to watch it constantly.

The Peaches song is so great, my kids love singing it
