Existed before Pitch Perfect. Pretty sure the movie brought in some groups from the show.

It's pretty good if you DVR it and skip over all the stupid commentary and puff pieces.

Yeah, definitely entertaining, and it's the only singing/talent show that I have any interest in watching. DVRing it to watch this weekend.

It's funny. I went and looked at their first few performances and they were really shaky. They just took off halfway through the show. I think the half-season really hurts some groups' potential to really mesh.

It's easily my favorite of the singing competitions. There is a lot more talent here than anything you see in X Factor or Idol.

Exactly. And I don't think people realize how truly difficult it is for an A cappella group to be "on"....especially groups as big as these.
