Yea, Chi-Chi has that honor by a landslide.
He could be like Chang Wufei (Gundam Wing) as a Badass Bookworm (in fact, I think his wife was battle freak and she got her butt kick on a regular) but Chi-Chi was worry about books and study. So much potential.
I would have think that he could actually make it to SSJ3 if he trained all the time.

I was always super interested in their power levels, but unfortunately the last true power level we see is Goku at 180,000. We also know Frieza was over 1,000,000 in his 2nd form.
I think that in Frieza's final form, his power level was around 4,500,000. Since Goku defeated Frieza, we can assume his power level is around 5,000,000.
From then on, it's pretty damn hard to estimate power levels, but I believe Ultimate Gohan is right around 5,500,000,000. When he defeated Cell, I believe he was right around 400,000,000 pre-injury and 250,000,000 after injury. So that would put SSJ3 Goku at 5,000,000,000 and Kid Buu right around Gohans level, maybe even stronger.

According to this, Goku's power level was 150 million when he went super saiyan. Frieza at full power in his final form was 120 million.

I've seen that, but I think it is way too high. What I don't understand about that is that it jumps from 2,500,000 to over 60,000,000 which doesn't make sense. Like I said, it becomes very hard to estimate power levels after Frieza's 2nd form.
I just don't like how the book says how huge the jumps are. A lot of times it doesn't really make sense.

No it got stupid in GT. that being said I'm rewatching all of DBZ uncut an I'm to where Buu is about to absord Gohan. Buu could have been so much better if they didn't make him so similar to Cell.

Actually it would've been perfect to end after the Cell stuff. I believe that's where Kai ends. All of the Buu stuff got real stupid with the transformations and shite.
