I'm sure there is another thread out there for this movie, but I didn't see one so I just decided to start one.
Today I saw "The Help" with Emma Stone. It was fantastic. I highly recommend everyone seeing it.

My gf saw it, she loved it. Told me all I needed to know, I'll avoid it like I avoid dinner with her parents.

I'm shocked that Tyler Perry had nothing to do with this film.

You shouldn't be. The book was fantastic. Perry would never take a great literary work and adapt it to film. It would just never appeal to his core audience.

yet again, people will hate on a good movie without seeing it just because it has a mostly female cast.
