Epic.
As much as I hate this word, it perfectly describes it.

I'm not even a huge batman fan, and I hate that word as well, but I agree.

I'll take the title change as a "yes"
Just to be safe:
***SPOILERS***
Does anyone else think Bruce actually didn't survive, and that was Alfred seeing what he wanted to see, since he mentioned always hoping to see Bruce in Italy, married, potentially with a family? If so, it's still a fricking awesome way to end it. And I loved the Bale/Hathaway dynamic. They worked incredibly well together on screen

He pretty much played that role throughout the entire movie, but at the same time, I don't view him as Robin. That just happened to be his birth name.

Alfred was just imagining bruce, like he hinted at earlier in the movie

The only thing that makes me question is that Bruce apparently fixed the Auto-Pilot on the Bat 6 months earlier as they said at the end, before he flew the bomb out to sea.

Yeah I didn't think about that. That's why I love Nolan. He always leaves the open endings

I agree. But it was an awesome nod to the fans and my theater certainly appreciated it. As soon as he said his real name there was a pretty big eruption of cheering and clapping.

The Biggest Clap was when Wayne raised his glass to Alfred at the end.
Also, there was a Standing Ovation in our Theater.
