There are a number of differences, at first blush:
Robin appears to be replaces with both a Viking (electrical ability) and a Native American.
Sir Humphrey (headless guy) is going to be... a greaser from a 50s motorcycle gang? (As we would all logically substitute)
The Plague Pit ghosts will be coal miners, it seems.
They are very kind with the casting for Lady Button.

I just watched the “bump in the night” episode. It was brilliant and one of the funniest things I’ve seen in years. More people need to be watching this show.

I'm halfway thru season 2 and holy crap how is this show not more popular. I'm not even going to bother with the American version because this is perfection.
