It’s freaking hilarious. A bunch of ghosts live in an old British manor and have to deal with new owners outside the family, then one of the owners almost dies and can see them! It’s great I burned through 6 episodes last night need to slow down.

Also I knew I recognized a bunch of the actors and then I realized it’s because they are in a show called horrible histories that I show clips of to my classes

HBO max (free with at&t). BBC may have it, but I don’t get that.

Thanks for the heads up, finished the first season yesterday and it was great. I think my wife enjoyed it more, which is rare for comedies. How much BBC content is on HBO Max?

Glad you guys checked in on it! Mrs. Vox found it before the pandemic, thanks to some random Facebook post/promo.

Robin (the Caveman) has quickly become one of my favorites in later seasons.

I watched episode 5 last night. Both the moon/ posh neighbor episode and the period piece movie episode were some of the funniest things I’ve seen in a long time. This show keeps getting better.

I like it too. I like the ghosts in the cellar. So, the U.S. version is being made as the British version is still going on? Is that normal?

They’re all ripping-off “Nearly Departed,” an NBC sitcom that barely lasted one season back in 1989.

Finished it all, wonderful show glad it’s still filming. I’ll probably watch the American version but I’m not expecting it to be very good

ETA: Holy hell just watched a trailer for the American version and it seems to be almost a shot for shot remake of the original but the acting looks AWFUL. Not sure I’ll watch it now…

Those are my favorite two as well. I'm on season 3. Really enjoying it.

This followed by his going down a YouTube conspiracy theory rabbit hole was just perfect.

Then during the “what you would wear if you could” game, him describing, in detail, the Apollo space walk suit.

I did as well. I expected it to be inferior, sure, but it looks like a bad SNL skit in terms of both production and acting. Everything looked so incredibly over acted.
