True. In most cases the actors are new and haven't found their footing yet and same can be said of the writers.

Pilots are typically rough around the edges but as the season progresses everyone gets more comfortable in their roles.

Every show on TV got better in 1966 when our next door neighbor got a color TV.

Psych. That show has really found its groove over the last couple of seasons.

I would say Curb is actually an exception. The 1st episode is still one of my favorites. And the 1st 3 seasons were gold. Season 4 on was mostly garbage except for Seinfeld and this season.

Meh. I stopped watching it after season 3 because it was so repetitive.
