I'd probably agree with this, but for completely different reasons. I thought the film was fine except for some plot holes, and WTF moments. It was a summer blockbuster, not much to expect outside of a good ride.
On the other hand, as a geek, this film really messed with the Iron Man mythos, and I don't like it.

I have to disagree. I had thoughts of walking out on Iron Man 2. IM3 entertained me throughout. There were plenty of bad jokes and eye rolling moments but it got the job done.

I thought it was ok. Nothing great, but I enjoyed the two hours watching it. The 3D movie theater experience made it worthwhile for me.
It wasn't good enough to watch again on DVD or HBO or whatever, but I was happy enough watching the 3D version in the theater.
