I have used this quote waaaay too many times over the years and a lot more lately when referring to where our country is headed and the economy.

It really is one of the most quotable movies.

And pretty much everyone knows the source when you drop one.

I mean other than some young punks who hasn't seen the cinematic masterpiece that is Roadhouse.

I've been told that if you want to work the line in a certain world-famous New Orleans restaurant you better be able to speak Roadhouse fluently.

Well, they did tell them. I was looking at my well worn copy of Elvis: What happened? as recently as yesterday. I think Dave Hebler is still alive, but Sonny and Red are long gone now. RIP.
