Siren: Survive the Island on Netflix

Nice, fresh, take on survival/team competitions. I wasn't sure about it at first but I was hooked after the first episode. It's South Korean so there are subtitles.
"South Korean reality show featuring 24 female police officers, bodyguards, firefighters, athletes, soldiers, and stuntwomen. They team up by profession to compete for survival on a remote island."
They have 7 days on the island and it's basically a capture the flag game at it's core. They can do anything to capture the flags and it gets physical.
Each team of 4 gets a different base. Each with it's own strengths and weaknesses.
Once a day, at anytime, a Siren goes off and teams can try and capture each other's flags at their base. Capture an individuals flag and they have to sit out the remainder of that days raid. Capture a teams flag and the entire teams has to go home and you get their base and everything inside.
There is a store on the island where you get points to buy items. Points are earned by how many calories you burned the previous day. The team who captures another teams flag also gets that teams calories/points to spend the next day at the store. You can buy food, shovels, radios, axes, a ghillie suit etc.
I got through 3 episodes tonight. It's worth a watch if you're into those types of shows. Way better than Survivor
