Now that Shane and Danielle seem to be best buddies again, could Danielle possibly tell Shane that Dan was trying to get him out? It would definitely be a smart move to get Dan out since he would probably win it all if in the final 2.

Totally agree. Just because Ian joined an alliance of 4 doesn't mean he's a floater.
I wish somebody could figure out some formula to see how much air time each contestant received based on time spent in the house and how many contestant are in the house. Jenn and Joe would probably be at the bottom because they haven't done anything all summer long.

Ok, maybe I overstated. Here's what I had in my head though when I posted that.
-Beginning of the game, he's the wimpiest, scrawniest nerdy guy with glasses. Seen as zero threat whatsoever. He's socially awkward and is hard to talk to, so nobody is at ALL worried about him or kicking him out.
-Realizing that he's a weakling both socially and physically, he has to do something so his move is.....be everyone's bitch. He takes slop and any other punishment so people will like him. Yeah that's a gameplay move, but it's also kinda desperate.
-So now he has some purpose, some value in the house. Then he gets comfy and opens up with people, so his next move is....a rat. He's a sneak, a canary, a tattletale. Again, it's a game move, just kind of..meh.
-From this point on he picked his game up. He was a LOT more comfortable socially, was in an alliance, and the rest is history.
What I meant when I posted that originally was he more or less "floated" through the first half of the game simply because he was zero threat whatsoever. But you're right, he has been a major player recently.
