There were younger teenagers in theatre when I watched it and they seemed to enjoy it. Pretty much everyone in the theatre was laughing out loud a lot at just how bitchy she was. Then you listen to the actual tapes and see the cartoons drawn in the meetings over the credits, and you realize she really was that bitchy. And yes, I thought the entire cast did a fantastic job. Everyone was just spot on in their roles.

Finally saw it last night. Great movie, they really did capture how fricking insane that lady was...

I really didn't expect this movie to be so moving. Really kicks you in the gut.
